Direct from the Waghi Valley in Jiwaka Province, this 60kg export bag represents the best of Papua New Guinea’s Highlands coffee. Produced by Kamal Gold Coffee, a cooperative of over 3,000 smallholder farmers, this fully washed Arabica is grown in rich volcanic soils at high altitude (1,400–1,900m). The result is a clean, balanced cup with sweet citrus brightness, cocoa depth, and tropical fruit notes.
Each lot is carefully hand-sorted, packed in GrainPro-lined jute bags, and shipped to our U.S. warehouse to maintain peak freshness. Cupping at 86 points, this coffee offers both quality and consistency—ideal for roasters looking for traceable, ethically sourced beans that also deliver exceptional flavor.
Colour: Red and yellow. Aroma: Sweet, fruity, floral, with chocolate and caramel undertones. Taste profile: Balanced, sweet, and citrusy with medium acidity. Cupping score: 86.
